4.1 The Committee considered the approach to scrutinising the draft budget.

4.2 Members agreed the following:

- to write to the relevant Ministers requesting information ahead of the oral evidence sessions; and

- instead of a formal joint working arrangement with the Health and Social Care Committee, it would share any relevant written evidence with the Committee.
